经济日报-中国经济网5月10日电(记者朱)郭文培)疫情是一个秩序，防控是一项责任。目前，疫情防控牵动着全国人民的心，但也有人在网上捏造事实、散布谣言、制造恐慌。为此，中国经济网推出了一系列关于仲景辟谣的报道，为公众还原真相。我们呼吁:科学防控，抗击疫情，做谣言终结者！

流言终结者1:合肥市中小学幼儿园将从7月1日开始放暑假？假的。

据合肥市教育局关伟介绍，5月9日，一条名为《合肥市2020年中小学校暑假时间和开学时间通知》的信息在网上传播开来。新闻显示，“义务教育阶段的中小学校和幼儿园的暑假从7月1日开始，高中的暑假从7月11日开始，正式从9月1日开始。”经核实，合肥市教育局此前并未发布相关公告，该消息纯属谣言。

目前，合肥市教育局正在根据国家课程计划、疫情防控的实际情况、网上教学的效果以及各学期的开始时间来判断暑假和秋季学期的开始时间。具体方案确定后，将通过合肥市教育局的官方网站和“合肥市教育局公布”的公开号码及时向社会公布。

请老师和学生的家长注意官方新闻，不要相信谣言或传播谣言。对于网上的虚假报道，合肥市教育局将保留依法追究法律责任的权利。

流言终结者2:河北省5月24日开学了？不是真的！

根据河北省互联网信息办公室的官方网站，“河北省5月24日开学”、“高一学生5月20日全面开学”等通知都是假消息。

记者发现，5月7日，在河北省教育厅官方网站上，其教育信息栏目仅发表了三篇文章，即《温馨提示》、《好孩子瞄准四面八方——扎根基层20年》、《保定大学西部教研组》、《用青春浇灌高原格桑花——51名大学生接力藏区教学15年的故事》，而没有上述两个所谓的通知。

据悉，河北省中等职业学校三年级和毕业班参加高考的学生于5月7日迎来复课，普通高中三年级于4月23日开始复课。

流言终结者3:5月6日-13日，长春义务教育招生报名？假的。

据中国吉林网消息，网上传播的“长春市5月6日至13日强制招生报名”是虚假信息。记者从长春市教育局了解到，根据2020年长春市义务教育招生安排，长春市义务教育即将开始招生，预计5月中旬开始网上信息报名和报名。家长可以关注长春市教育局的官方网站或长春教育出版社的微信公众账户。

《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十五条规定:“有下列行为之一的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款；情节轻微的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款: (一)散布谣言、谎报险情、疫情、警告或者以其他方法故意扰乱公共秩序的；(二)投掷虚假爆炸、有毒、放射性、腐蚀性物质或者传染病病原体等危险物品扰乱公共秩序的；(三)威胁放火、爆炸或者投掷危险物品，扰乱公共秩序的。”

中华人民共和国刑法修正案(九)32。刑法第二百九十一条增加一款，作为第二款:“编造虚假的危险、疫情、灾害、警报，在信息网络或者其他媒体上传播，或者明知是上述虚假信息，故意在信息网络或者其他媒体上传播，严重扰乱社会秩序的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制；造成严重后果的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。”

在这里，请不要听民谣，不要相信民谣，也不要传递民谣。在特殊时期，如发现谣言，应及时向网络和公安部门报告，共同维护互联网上的清洁环境，为疫情的预防贡献积极的能量。
