流言终结者1:珠海有卖核酸采样证书的“黄牛”？不是真的！

据5月19日《珠江晚报》报道，近日，澳门社交媒体上流传的一条消息称，珠海中西医结合医院的“黄牛”正在出售密封的核酸采样证书。经珠海市卫生局初步核实，本信息中未发现相关信息。

针对这一信息，珠海中西医结合医院立即进行了检查。根据医院的鉴定，社交媒体发送的第一张照片是医院体检中心的照片，第二张和第三张照片不是医院的照片，第四张照片是被抽样人的核酸采集证明，第五张照片是抽样人在抽样前填写的表格。在观看了监控录像、检查了现场医务人员和巡逻保安后，医院没有发现任何信息。随后，医院通过电话联系了照片中的核酸检验师陈某，陈某证实这是他自己的核酸取样证明。根据公司规定，他把这份证明寄给了公司集团，但不可能知道这些照片是如何流传和用于其他目的的。

珠海中西医结合医院副院长贝表示，为了保证核酸检测结果的真实性和有效性，医院进行了精心的流程设计。检测和采集过程分为四个步骤:排队取号、测温、登记和付款、在会计和检测区排队检查、经工作人员核实后发放抽样证书。在整个核酸采集过程中，严格采用实名制，在排队取号和窗口登记时都要出示有效证件进行验证，并根据身份信息内容打印采样条码标签。在登记、付款和抽样的整个过程之后，工作人员将在签发抽样证书之前进行检查和确认。流程的设计是为了确保人员和证书的统一，并防止欺诈。

目前，珠海正在积极推广利用信息技术实现核酸检测数据的实时传输和口岸现场的自动核查，以避免欺诈。

流言终结者2:五月底前不要换卡，六月份无锡不能正常看病？不存在！

据《无锡日报》5月19日报道，针对近日有传言称“江苏省社会保障卡需要赎回的通知已经收到”，造成了全市人力资源市场卡交易网点人员高度集中的现象。昨日(18日)，无锡市人力资源和社会保障局相关负责人表示，无锡市现行社会保障体系运行稳定，与旧市民卡和新江苏卡兼容。如果在不久的将来公众不需要在城市以外的地方接受治疗，那也不会

据相关部门负责人介绍，用江苏新卡替换原市民卡始终是免费的。没有说在5月底之前更换是免费的，更换将在5月底之后收费；不言而喻，该卡将不会在5月份更新，而且从6月份开始，在无锡将无法看病和领取养老金。如果市民近期确实需要更换江苏省卡，可以去市区的54个社保卡申请服务网点和12个社保卡自助服务网点。

流言终结者3:流行病期间，深圳的离婚率飙升？不是真的！

据《深圳特区日报》报道，鉴于网上流行期间深圳离婚率飙升。记者从深圳市民政局了解到，今年4月，深圳有4186对夫妇结婚，3524对夫妇离婚，而2019年4月有3729对夫妇结婚，3494对夫妇离婚，这一数字并没有明显增加。与去年同期相比，从去年1月到4月，深圳实际登记了21272对婚姻和10622对离婚。从今年1月到4月，深圳实际登记的结婚夫妇有14812对，离婚夫妇有8685对，数量没有明显增加。

《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十五条规定:“有下列行为之一的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款；情节轻微的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款: (一)散布谣言、谎报险情、疫情、警告或者以其他方法故意扰乱公共秩序的；(二)投掷虚假爆炸、有毒、放射性、腐蚀性物质或者传染病病原体等危险物品扰乱公共秩序的；(三)威胁放火、爆炸或者投掷危险物品，扰乱公共秩序的。”

中华人民共和国刑法修正案(九)32。刑法第二百九十一条增加一款，作为第二款:“编造虚假的危险、疫情、灾害、警报，在信息网络或者其他媒体上传播，或者明知是上述虚假信息，故意在信息网络或者其他媒体上传播，严重扰乱社会秩序的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制；造成严重后果的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。”

在这里，请不要听民谣，不要相信民谣，也不要传递民谣。在特殊时期，如发现谣言，应及时向网络和公安部门报告，共同维护互联网上的清洁环境，为疫情的预防贡献积极的能量。
