桑杰加，男，土族，1986年3月生于青海省黄南州同仁市隆务镇吾屯上庄，现为同仁市热贡桑杰唐卡画院院长。作为黄南州州级非物质文化遗产唐卡代表性传承人，他深耕热贡唐卡艺术领域，技艺精湛且兼具创新，作品被迪拜美术馆、中国工艺美术馆、天津市美术馆、青海省博物馆、黄南州博物馆等多家权威机构收藏。

Sangjie Jia, male, of the Tu ethnic group, was born in March 1986 in Wutun Shangzhuang, Longwu Town, Tongren City, Huangnan Prefecture, Qinghai Province. He currently serves as the president of Regong Sangjie Thangka Painting Academy in Tongren City. As a representative inheritor of Thangka, a provincial intangible cultural heritage of Huangnan Prefecture, he has dedicated himself to the field of Regong Thangka art, boasting exquisite craftsmanship and innovative spirit. His works have been collected by many authoritative institutions, including the Dubai Art Museum, China National Arts and Crafts Museum, Tianjin Art Museum, Qinghai Provincial Museum, and Huangnan Prefecture Museum.

在行业认可与荣誉方面，他先后荣获“首届州级工艺美术大师”“中国非物质文化十大风云人物”等称号，被授予“青海省劳动模范”“全州劳动模范”“青海省乡村工匠”“同仁市脱贫致富带头人”“黄南州农牧致富带头人”“黄南州文化领军人才”同仁市民族团结先进个人等荣誉，并获评中国轻工业联合会《工艺美术品设计师》一级（高级技师），入选首届“全国大国非遗工匠”。

In terms of industry recognition and honors, he has successively won titles such as "First Provincial Master of Arts and Crafts" and "Top Ten Influential Figures in Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage". He has also been awarded honors like "Qinghai Provincial Model Worker", "Prefectural Model Worker", "Qinghai Provincial Rural Craftsman", "Pioneer in Poverty Alleviation of Tongren City", "Pioneer in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development of Huangnan Prefecture", "Cultural Leading Talent of Huangnan Prefecture", and "Advanced Inpidual in National Unity of Tongren City". He holds the qualification of "Arts and Crafts Designer" (Level 1, Senior Technician) certified by the China Light Industry Federation and was selected into the first batch of "National Great Intangible Cultural Heritage Craftsmen".

同时，他积极推动非遗传承与社会服务，担任同仁市政协常委委员、同仁市总工会兼职副主席、黄南州非物质文化遗产保护协会副会长等职务，在非遗传播、产业发展及公益事业中发挥重要作用。

He holds positions such as standing member of the CPPCC Tongren City Committee, part-time vice chairman of Tongren City Federation of Trade Unions, and vice president of Huangnan Prefecture Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Association, playing an important role in the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage, industrial development, and public welfare undertakings.
