张培轩先生个人经历与中医理念:

1、您从医五十多年,是什么促使您选择并坚持从事中医事业的?

答:本人1952年出生于五世中医世家,自幼受祖辈耳熏目染,自然特别喜欢中医,特别是1969年春天我的脖子后面长了1个小疮疼的我不敢扭脖子,当时按我家古医书上说的“是疮不是疮神授卫生汤”,按方抓了3剂药只吃两剂就完全好了。从那时起让我更加热爱中医。每天除了完成学校的作业后,其它一切业余时间完全投入到背中药药性赋、汤头歌诀和各种诊断技术。在学校我不断给同学老师看病,治一个好一个,不论在初中或高中,同学们都叫我张医生。从那时起我就暗下决心,我这一辈子一定好好学习中医,当一名中医最鼎级高手,为拯救人类大健康奋斗一生。经过几十年的不懈努力拼搏和艰苦卓越的奋斗,现在我终于成功了。我是从《赤脚医生》走上当代医圣的中医领域奇人。我毕业于北京  中医药大学、清华大学双重学历,并师承于国医大师李佃贵老师、国务院历届领导人养生大师胡维勤老师,现在的我是北京培轩中医院院长兼河南培轩健康管理咨询有限公司董事长和中国老年保健协会民族医药分会名誉会长。并被多家媒体誉为国家一级国医大师、国家一级当代医圣、国际权威心脑血管病医学专家,中国中医领军人物,被授予中国中医领域华佗奖。公司被列为“国家级非物质文化遗产”。本人研发的药食同源“张氏血必康”荣获国家科技成果一等奖。我的中医理念是;中医最好的急救措施和治疗方法就是治未病,当体检报告发现某项异常时就要抓紧治疗,千万不要等趴下了再治疗,到那时可能会让患者有钱变废纸,特别是高血脂、高血压、心脑血管病人更应该主动积极预防与治疗,以防发生意外猝死。这就是如何用最好的方法让身体健康起来,这才是解决问题的根本。

or over 50 years?Answer: I was born in a fifth-generation family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in 1952. Since childhood, I was deeply influenced by my ancestors and naturally had a special fondness for traditional Chinese medicine, especially in the spring of 1969 when I got a small boil on the back of my neck that hurt so much I couldn't turn my neck. According to my family's ancient medical book, it was not a boil but "Shen Fu Wen Xian Tang" (God-Granted Health Preserving Prescription). I followed the recipe and took two doses out of three, and it was completely cured. This made me love traditional Chinese medicine even more. After completing my schoolwork, I devoted all my spare time to memorizing the properties of Chinese herbs, prescriptions, and various diagnostic techniques. At school, I constantly treated my classmates and teachers, and every time I cured someone, their reputation spread, so my classmates and teachers called me Zhang Doctor. From then on, I made up my mind that I would devote my entire life to studying traditional Chinese medicine and becoming the most skilled practitioner in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, fighting for human health all my life. After decades of relentless effort and outstanding struggle, I have finally succeeded. I am the contemporary saint of traditional Chinese medicine who rose from being a barefoot doctor. I graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Tsinghua University with dual degrees, and I was a disciple of National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Li Diangui and Master of Healthcare for State Leaders Hu Weiqin. Now I am the president of Beijing Peixuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the chairman of Henan Peixuan Health Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and the honorary president of the National Ethnic Medicine Branch of the China Association for the Healthy Elderly. 答: 在这方面最让我和病人家属感动的病例很多.都是被大医院判死刑的患者让我用最简单的方法救活了.比如:①2024年2月19号,国家功臣陈志义,因心肺肾严重衰竭在上海某知名大医院抢救半月花几十万元越治越严重,最后一天给病人家属下3次病危通知书,把病人拉回家准备后事,在此生死关头病人哥哥陈志华用微信视频跟本人联系,把弟弟住院的前因后果简单介绍一下,确诊是心肺肾严重衰竭,求我会诊救弟弟,我随即轻描淡写开一处方用微信

发给陈志华,仅服半剂病人苏醒,服3剂病人与家人同桌吃饭,服20剂康复出院。病人出院后陈志华来电感恩我没收取一分钱就挽救弟弟一条命!

②我们小区有一女性肝硬化患者在国家大医院治疗15天,越治腹水越严重,在医院劝病人转院之际我给病人只开3剂中药即康复出院

答:西医扬汤止沸,治标,虽见效快但不能根治;中医釜底抽薪,虽见效慢但易根治。在治急性病时为尽快控制病情,减轻病人痛苦先行西医西药治疗,病情缓解后再用中医调理,急则治其标,缓则治其本,二者相辅相成,促进病人康复。

其次,中医药与西医在临床实践中可以协同作战。例如,在治疗肿瘤时,西医注重对肿瘤本身的治疗,而中医注重对患者整体的治疗。通过中西医结合,可以更好地控制病情,减少副作用,提高患者的生活质量。

此外,中医药与西医的协同作用还可以体现在减轻副作用和增强疗效上。一些中药如生姜、大枣、白术等,可以减轻化疗的副作用,提高患者对治疗的耐受性。同时,一些中药如黄芪、山药、葛根等,与西药联合使用能够更好地控制血糖,减少并发症的发生‌。

3、How do you think traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can complement Western medicine in modern society to provide better treatment outcomes for patients?The complementary role of TCM and Western medicine in providing better treatment outcomes for patients mainly manifests in the following aspects:Answer: Western medicine boils the soup to stop the bubbling, which is a temporary solution, although it is effective but cannot cure the root cause. TCM, on the other hand, removes the fire from the bottom of the pot, which is a slow solution but easy to cure the root cause. In treating acute diseases, Western medicine and drugs are used to control the condition as soon as possible to alleviate the patient's suffering. After the condition has improved, TCM is used for adjustment. In emergencies, the symptoms are treated first, and in the long run, the root cause is treated. The two complement each other and promote the recovery of the patient.Secondly, TCM and Western medicine can work together in clinical practice. For example, in treating cancer, Western medicine focuses on the treatment of the tumor itself, while TCM focuses on the overall treatment of the patient. By combining TCM and Western medicine, the condition can be better controlled, side effects can be reduced, and the quality of life of the patient can be improved.Moreover, the synergistic effect of TCM and Western medicine can also be manifested in reducing side effects and enhancing therapeutic effects. 答:目前的中国是高血脂高血压高血糖、心梗脑梗泛滥成灾的国家,中国心脑血管患者人口约3.3亿人,平均每5秒就有1人死于心脑血管疾病,引起这些疾病的元凶就是高血脂日久沉积血管壁导致血管狭窄堵塞。这是一个非常严峻的社会问题,如果国家再不采取积极防控措施,中国不久的将来必将成为东亚病夫大国,国家应该全面掀起全民防控心脑血管疾病高潮。

为传承发展中医药文化,振兴中华民族伟大复兴,消除心脑血管病的逐渐肆虐国人,提高人民健康水平,减少心脑血管病的猝死致残率,推动人类社会进步。要解决这方面的问题,给我们带来的是一场巨大的挑战,运用我55年潜心研究研发的调理心脑血管疾病的产品张氏血必康,能够给人民的健康带来更大的价值,为全球健康事业做出更大贡献。

4. What opportunities and challenges does traditional Chinese medicine culture face after thousands of years of development?

Answer: Currently, China is a country plagued by high blood lipids, hypertension, high blood sugar, and rampant heart attacks and cerebral infarction. The population of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients in China is about 330 million, and on average, one person dies from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases every 5 seconds. The main culprit causing these diseases is the long-term deposition of high blood lipids on the blood vessel wall, which leads to vascular stenosis and blockage. This is a very serious social problem. If the country does not take active prevention and control measures, China will soon become the sick man of East Asia. The country should comprehensively launch a nationwide campaign to prevent and control cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

答:现代年轻人受西方国家西医影响,对中医中药认识不足,认为中药味苦不愿接受,如果再不对年轻一代人加强中医知识的培养,可能用不了几年面临中医断代。为发展传承中医,本人建议传承中医必须从娃娃抓起,待孩子们都大学毕业了,家家户户都有属于自己的医生,这样才能达到全民皆中医,这样才能早日实现全民健康,早日实现振兴中华民族伟大复兴,推动人类社会进步!

5. How do you view the level of acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine culture among the younger generation? How do you think we can better inherit the culture of traditional Chinese medicine?

Answer: Modern young people are influenced by Western medicine in Western countries and have insufficient understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. They believe that traditional Chinese medicine has a bitter taste and are unwilling to accept it. If we do not strengthen the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge among the younger generation, they may face the death of traditional Chinese medicine in a few years. In order to develop and inherit traditional Chinese medicine, I suggest that it must start from a young age. When children have graduated from university and every household has its own doctor, we can achieve universal access to traditional Chinese medicine. This will enable us to achieve national health and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as soon as possible, and promote the progress of human society!

Traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique advantages in international promotion and exchange. Traditional Chinese medicine not only excels in regulating chronic diseases, reducing stress, and enhancing immunity, but also integrates Chinese medicinal materials into daily diet through the concept of "medicine and food sharing the same origin" to help people maintain health.
