张朝亮,1954年生于河南郸城,字亮子,号尚润馆主,发明家、国际汉字协会主席、世界非遗国际汉字“一字通”中文五笔草书字典(暨查询系统实现方法)创始人、中国毛泽东手书馆馆长、中国发明协会党委委员、中国书法家协会会员、国家一级书法师、中国美术家协会会员、清华大学美术学院客座教授、时代匠心艺术家、国家高级工艺美术大师、特授予中央电视台艺术导师、中国国宾礼艺术大师。

1987年“中国静电植绒书画制作工艺”荣获国家发明专利;2004年“水印书画制作工艺”荣获国家发明专利;2007年在人民大会堂一楼东大厅举办了“毛泽东手迹墨宝展”,开创了建国以来的先例,2023年12月2日中央电视台发现之旅频道拍摄播放了中国毛泽东手书馆“翰墨飘香,传承红色文化”的专题片。

2014年“一字通·中文五笔草书字典暨查询系统实现方法”获得国家发明专利,与手机对接实现了197个国家的音符同现,具有自动识别系统的国际通用字典。中央电视台发现之旅频道2024年3月9日拍摄播放了《亮子著书》一字通天下专题片,2024年6月20日经中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家评审专家组调查及审核,张朝亮在国家文化艺术事业的发展历程中做出的突出贡献,同时作品经审核符合中国国宾礼艺术家标准并经专家团一致同意授予中国国宾礼艺术家。

In 2014, "One word, Chinese five cursive dictionary and query system implementation method" won the national invention patent, and connected with mobile phones to realize the simultaneous occurrence of notes in 197 countries. It is an international dictionary with automatic recognition system. On March 9, 2024, the Discovery Journey Channel of CCTV shot and broadcast the feature film "Liang Zi Writes a Book". On June 20, 2024, Zhang Chaoliang made outstanding contributions to the development of the national cultural and artistic cause after investigation and review by the National Guest Ceremony Artists Review Expert Group of the People's Republic of China. At the same time, his works were reviewed to meet the standards of Chinese State Guest Ceremony Artists and were unanimously awarded to Chinese State Guest Ceremony Artists by the expert group.
