戴延平，笔名长乐，1937年出生，中美协会员国家特级书画家，获得中国艺术改革发展委员会颁授“中国书画艺术代表人物“荣誉称号，和“人民英雄功勋艺术家”国家荣誉称号。获得中国文联颁授“终身成就奖“。担任中央艺术名家书画院智库专家中国书画家协会副主席，老干部作家协会会长。政协书画院院长受聘担任法兰西皇家美术学院，瑞典皇家艺术学院和意大利罗马画院的外籍院士。俄罗斯艺术科学院荣誉院士。

Dai Yanping, pen name Changle, born in 1937, is a national top-level calligrapher and painter who is a member of the China US Association. He has been awarded the honorary title of "Representative of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art" by the China Arts Reform and Development Commission and the national honorary title of "Artist of Heroic Merit to the People". Received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Served as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a think tank expert at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Calligraphy, and the President of the Association of Retired Writers. The President of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy was appointed as a foreign academician at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France, the Royal Academy of Art in Sweden, and the Roman Academy of Painting in Italy. Honorary academician of the Russian Academy of Arts and Sciences.
